One of my FAAAVORITE restaurants in Charlotte launched new summertime cocktails this month, and you gotta try them.

I could go on and on about how much I love Ilios Noche, but I’ll save that for another time. Let’s focus on the dranks.
I tried all five concoctions (only two of them in-full, I swear…) alongside delicious spinach pizza, paninis, beet salad, meatballs, etc. Take a peek at the photos/descriptions.

Scenario: Rye Whiskey, blackberry infused rosemary, Cynar (Italian liquor), lemon, Cardamom
Cecilia: Gin, Amaro Italiano, watermelon-infused agave, lime juice, Lemon Verbana Tincture
Juan Solo: Chipotle-infused Tequila, pineapple, honey, lime, Luxardo
Queen City Affair: Vodka, mandarin orange, lemongrass, mint (MY FAVE)
Vesuvius: Mezcal, Aperol, peppadew pepper, grapefruit
If you’ve never been to Ilios (located on Providence and on Park at Quail Corners), go go go. The Greek/Italian-inspired menu is to die for. Personal favorites are the lamb burger and the grilled octopus, but I’m slowly working my way through the whole menu.
Email me (eatdrinkclt@gmail.com) and let me know when you try these babies. Need another excuse to go? Ilios Quail Corners is participating in Restaurant Week right now. 🙂
This post was created after a complimentary meal from Ilios Noche. All opinions are my own.
