Where to Eat This Fall: Nolen Kitchen

Update [7/10/18]: Nolen Kitchen is now closed. 😦

One of my favorite parts of a dining experience is reading the menu. Before I step foot in the door, you can bet I’ve already scanned the menu online several times. Somehow, I’m still never prepared and still agonize over what to order, wishing I could have one bite of every single thing.

Nolen Kitchen has one of those menus that make it SO hard to choose. So when I got the chance to try eight new dishes from the 2015 fall/winter menu, I was in food heaven!!

Nolen has fantastic options, from brunch to lunch to dinner.  Greek flavors and dishes are found throughout the menu alongside traditional American favorites, like shrimp and grits, fish tacos, and bacon-wrapped meatloaf. It’s extremely difficult to make a selection, but the best part is, you can’t go wrong.

Refrain from drooling as you check out the new items shown below. And shout out to Nolen’s giant windows for providing perfect lighting.

(Try pairing these dishes with the corresponding wines, provided by Nolen Kitchen!)
